Direct media & sponsorship buying workspace

A media quote changed. See what needs a decision.

Datacow at datacow.com is a direct media buying workspace.

For recurring buyer teams handling website ads and newsletter sponsorships across publishers, with a buyer and an approver. Review changed terms once and keep the exact decision with the quote.

Software: US$399 per workspace per month, plus applicable tax. Team members included.

Registration does not start an evaluation or a paid subscription. Verify your email, then the workspace owner can start a one-time 14-day evaluation when a live quote is ready. Review evaluation access →

    Package workflow →

One record, from quote to next decision.

Partnerships, approvers and finance work from the same version.

  1. Save and compare

Forward or import original emails. Check missing details and changes, then record the named publisher’s response to that version. An existing written quote can be the evidence.

  2. Approve and agree

Approve the exact version. Record the publisher’s commitment and your team’s acceptance separately.

  3. Check and decide

Your team records delivery evidence and its decision for each item. Reuse publisher details for the next purchase; review new prices, dates and approvals again.

Make the next purchase take less work.

Evaluate the complete process, including forwarding, corrections and status updates.

  1. Bring one live quote

Start with an original publisher email and the colleague who approves the purchase. Verify your workspace, then activate the 14-day evaluation when you are ready.

  2. Complete the next decision

Check the terms and compare a change before requesting approval or recording agreement. Measure the whole task, including setup, corrections and follow-up.

  3. Keep later work pending

If delivery or the next purchase falls after the evaluation, keep it pending. Measure later reuse when it happens; it is not a condition for subscribing.

Datacow software subscription

Software access.
Publisher fees stay separate.

Pay publishers through your usual channels. For new website, newsletter and package purchases, your team records and reviews delivery evidence. Automatic page checks apply only to supported older website records. A website check cannot verify a newsletter send or guarantee traffic or revenue.

US$399 / workspace / month

Plus applicable tax. Team members are included without a separate seat charge.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. An eligible workspace owner can start a 14-day evaluation, with no card or automatic charge. It does not become a paid subscription.

What to have ready

Bring one original publisher email and the colleague who approves the purchase. You can record an existing written publisher response; the publisher does not need a Datacow workspace. A publisher using a confirmation link verifies their email before viewing the offer.

Who can see the original quote?

Pending email originals are private to the person who imports them. After an original is linked to a purchase, that purchase’s access permissions apply. Review your sharing rights before adding confidential material.

Each original email can be up to 5 MB. Keeping an attachment does not confirm the commercial terms inside it; your team checks those terms.

Evaluate one quote you are already handling.

The sample workspace contains example records, not real offers or payments. A sample session does not create evaluation access or a paid subscription.
