US$399 per workspace per month, plus applicable tax. Team members are included without a separate seat charge. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Publisher payments are separate. Evaluations never convert automatically into paid subscriptions.
Start with one live quote, for 14 days
Creating a workspace or verifying your email does not start an evaluation or a subscription. After verification, the workspace owner can open Software billing and explicitly start a one-time 14-day evaluation with up to three active purchases. The clock starts when you activate access, so wait until you have a real quote ready. Existing invited evaluations keep their recorded dates.
No card is required. There is no automatic charge or automatic subscription. Your recorded start and end dates appear in Software billing. Prior evaluations or software billing history can make a workspace ineligible; access requiring review can be requested from support. At expiry, authorized records remain readable and exportable. Continued write access requires a separately purchased and confirmed US$399/month subscription, plus applicable tax.
Use the 14 days to bring in one live quote, check its terms and complete the next decision your team actually needs to make. If delivery or renewal falls later, leave it pending. Measure complete delivery and reuse on a later purchase when those events occur, including your team’s extra work, and record the result in Customer value.
Open Software billing to review eligibility and activate an evaluation when your quote is ready. Registration does not start the evaluation or a subscription.
Does US$399 fit your team's workload?
Start with a recurring buyer team handling multiple publisher purchases and involving a buyer plus an approver. Count each independently handled purchase once, not every email, revised offer or package item. If you buy only occasionally, compare the cost with your existing process before subscribing.
A 3× value-to-fee ratio is an optional planning target, not a guarantee or a condition for completing the evaluation. At US$50 per hour, covering the fee before tax requires 7.98 net hours; reaching that target requires 23.94. Use the 14 days to review one real quote and make the next decision your team needs. Measure complete delivery and reuse on a later purchase when they occur, including any extra work. Keep future delivery or renewal pending and record your measurements in Customer value.
Included service and limits
There is no usage-based software charge.
- New website, newsletter and package purchases use supporting evidence recorded by your team for each delivery item. Automatic page checks are available only for supported older website records.
- 200 active placement records and 5,000 archived records per workspace. Archive closed or cancelled placements to release active capacity. Archived evidence stays readable and exportable.
- Email intake: up to 5 MB per original email file, 200 pending messages, and 256 MB of original email files per workspace. Review messages before attaching them to a placement.
- For supported older website records: 10 enabled automatic page-check schedules per workspace, at intervals of 6, 24, 168 hours. Up to 2 retries, 15 minutes apart, when a page cannot be checked.
- For supported older website records, on-demand automatic checks: 6 per placement and 30 per workspace per hour. URL captures: 20 per workspace per hour; each captured response supports up to 100,000 bytes.
- Each placement record supports up to 900,000 bytes of saved data; each original text supports 100,000 characters, subject to the placement total.
- Team members are included without a separate seat charge or a configured seat cap. Access depends on each member’s role.
- Automatic checks on supported older website records require public pages and a supported fixed element. Target-country viewing and a screenshot archive are not included. Your team can record manual evidence.
- Active and archived capacity are separate. Restoring an archive uses an active slot. Storage limits apply to the workspace; hourly request allowances reset by window. Contact support before purchasing if these limits do not fit your workflow.
Software checkout and cancellation
A workspace administrator reviews the subscription in Software billing before continuing to Creem. Creem is the merchant of record and shows applicable taxes, discounts and the total before payment. Review the recurring subscription terms in checkout. Creating an account, requesting an evaluation or returning from checkout does not confirm payment; paid access starts only after the payment service confirms a paid period.
To stop monthly renewals, a workspace administrator can request cancellation in Software billing or use the Creem billing portal. Once confirmed, cancellation takes effect at the verified paid-period end shown in Software billing. A full refund of the current paid period removes write access for that period; authorized history and export remain available.
