DELIVERY AND RENEWALS
Check website placement delivery before you renew.
After both sides agree, compare the public page with the placement terms. Record what was visible at the time of the check and flag a difference or a page that could not be opened.
Know which checks apply to your purchase
New website, newsletter and package purchases use supporting evidence recorded by your team for each delivery item. Automatic page checks are available only for supported older website records. They require a public page and a supported fixed element; target-country viewing and a screenshot archive are not included.
Review delivery before acceptance
Your team decides whether to accept delivery. A public page check is one piece of evidence; it cannot prove who saw the placement or what they did afterward.
Follow an exception through to a decision
Assign a responsible team member and deadline. Link the publisher’s response, record the proposed remedy and record fresh supporting evidence or, for a supported older website record, request a new automatic check. A promise does not resolve an exception. Marking it corrected requires a new matching observation for the same agreed terms and delivery item; an explicit decision to accept an exception keeps the original difference visible.
Give renewal its own terms
Start a new buying period with the earlier offer, approval and page checks still available for comparison. A new offer needs its own review and approval.
Keep uncertainty visible
A placement can appear on desktop while being absent on mobile. A page can also be inaccessible or show different content by region. Record the page, check time, device or access limits and the condition you compared. An inaccessible page is a reason to investigate, not proof that the placement was removed.
Use the website placement renewal checklist before the deadline. Compare the next quote with the earlier terms before asking for a fresh approval.
